The LualdiLabs, equipped with a portal, guarantee continuous and direct interaction between doctor and engineer. The surgeon has real-time evidence of the device’s production phases and subsequent post-implantation checks over time.
AI-Powered initial assessment
An advanced artificial intelligence algorithm analyzes the medical images and generates a preliminary model of the implant. This first draft serves as a foundation for further refinement.
Collaborative design refinement
Our advanced planning capabilities allow us to provide more precise details on the project specifications, facilitating a better understanding of the proposed device. Additionally, the surgeon has access, via the portal, to the 3D planning, which oﬀers a 360-degree view of the taylored medical device. These two tools enable us to optimize any alignment sessions with the doctor, making the project validation process smoother and reducing design time.
Implant manufacturing
Once the final design is approved, the implant is produced ensuring strength, durability, and compatibility with the human body.
Sterile packaging and rapid delivery
The finished implant is sealed in a fully sterile package, ready for immediate surgical use. This guarantees maximum safety and compliance with medical standards.
Patient history and continuous monitoring
The online portal currently functions as an ERP system, with the capability to manage patient follow-ups. Soon, it will become a fully validated platform (Class IA), serving as a comprehensive reference point for the patient’s medical history, tracking surgeries, implants, and treatments over time.
